Laco is one of the most historically significant German military and pilot watch manufacturers. Founded in Pforzheim, Germany, in 1925, the company became famous for producing military aviation watches and observation watches for the German Luftwaffe during the Second World War.
Laco was one of only five manufacturers authorised to produce the legendary B-Uhr (Beobachtungsuhr) navigation watches. These large pilot watches were designed for military air navigation and built to strict specifications, prioritising accuracy, legibility and reliability under operational conditions.
