Products
All watches, jewellery, parts and related items are described and photographed as accurately as reasonably possible.
Due to the nature of antique, vintage and pre-owned items, signs of age, wear, restoration, replacement parts, repairs, modifications, service history, polishing, ageing and other imperfections may be present.
Descriptions, photographs, condition notes, age estimates, originality comments and other product information are provided in good faith and are intended as guidance only. While reasonable care is taken, minor errors, omissions or differences in interpretation may occur.
Buyers are encouraged to review all photographs, descriptions and available information carefully before purchasing and to ask any questions before placing an order.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, boxes, papers, certificates, accessories or service records are included only where specifically mentioned in the product description.
Consultations, Reviews and Identification Services
Consultations, reviews and identification services are provided in good faith based on the information, photographs, documents and materials supplied by the client.
Remote reviews are limited by the quality, accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Certain characteristics may not be fully identifiable without physical inspection.
Any opinions, observations or guidance provided are professional opinions only and do not constitute:
- a formal valuation;
- a certificate of authenticity;
- legal advice;
- financial or investment advice;
- insurance advice;
- probate valuation.
No guarantee or warranty is provided regarding authenticity, provenance, originality, condition, future value, collectability, saleability or the outcome of any purchase, sale, auction or other transaction.
Clients remain responsible for their own purchasing, selling, investment and commercial decisions.
Payments
Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched or consultation services commence.
Consultation, review and identification fees relate to professional time, research and expertise. Such fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Where we do not believe that meaningful assistance can be provided, we may decline the enquiry and no consultation fee will be charged.
Shipping
Items will be shipped using tracked and insured delivery services where available.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the item passes to the buyer upon delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
Any import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that an item can lawfully be imported into their destination country.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from any product, consultation, review or identification service shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, special or economic losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of value, loss of business or loss arising from a purchasing or selling decision.
