United Kingdom: usually 2–3 working days.

Yes. We regularly ship watches, jewellery and related items worldwide using tracked and insured courier services where available.

Delivery options may vary depending on the destination country, courier restrictions, insurance availability and the value or nature of the item.

Depending on item availability, location and logistics, orders may be dispatched from the United Kingdom or from one of our European stock locations.

Where possible, we will arrange shipping in a way that is practical and efficient for the buyer’s destination.

If the shipping location is important to you, please contact us before placing an order.

Import duties, VAT, customs charges and local taxes vary by country and may depend on the item, value, destination and shipping origin.

Because some items may be available from European stock locations, orders sent to certain European destinations may, in some cases, avoid additional import charges that would otherwise apply to goods imported from outside the EU.

However, we cannot guarantee that taxes, duties or customs charges will not apply. Any applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees or local charges remain the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Customers are advised to check local import requirements before purchasing, especially for high-value watches, jewellery and precious metal items.

Sometimes. In many cases photographs allow us to provide an initial opinion regarding authenticity, originality and condition.

If photographs alone are not enough, we will explain what additional information or inspection is required.

In most cases we do not buy items directly.

In some cases they may even be worth more in original, unrestored condition than after an unnecessary or poorly executed repair.

If you are unsure, we recommend asking for advice before repairing, polishing or selling the watch.
