This genuine wartime dial was originally fitted to a German Luftwaffe observation watch powered by the Durowe Calibre D5. It remains in original military/pre-owned condition and is an excellent restoration component for an authentic LACO FL23883 B-Uhr project.

A scarce original component highly desirable among collectors and restorers of German WWII military timepieces.

This is a genuine original military dial from a LACO Beobachtungsuhr (B-Uhr).

This dial was originally fitted to the famous LACO FL 23883 Beobachtungsuhr, one of the official navigator’s watches supplied to the German Luftwaffe during the Second World War. LACO B-Uhren were powered by the high-grade Durowe Calibre D5, manufactured to strict military navigation specifications.

The Type B (Baumuster B) dial, with its clean Arabic numerals and highly legible layout, became the standard design for early German military observation watches and remains one of the most iconic pilot watch dials ever produced.

The dial remains in genuine military/pre-owned condition with honest signs of age and use. Please study all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the description.
