Customers may cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery and return the item within a further 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Due to the nature of vintage, antique, collectible and pre-owned items, buyers are encouraged to review all photographs, descriptions and available information carefully before purchasing.
Returned items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any packaging, accessories, documentation, tags or seals where applicable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, materially misdescribed or otherwise required by applicable law.

Consultation, authentication, identification, review, Fast Buy Check and similar professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced or the service has been delivered.
